Duguay Michel

Michel Duguay (1946-)

Born in 1946 in Saint-Félix Dalquier. He received a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts at the University of Montreal (1967), a B. A. in Music at the same institution in 1971 and a degree in illustration and design at the Algonquin College in Ottawa in 1977. He paints in Oil.

Duguay taught music and visual arts in high school (1971-1973), he was a medical illustrator at the Ottawa Civic Hospital (1973-1975), an art director in an advertising agency (1977-1979), a music teacher at the ‘’École de musique de Charlevoix’’ (1980) and a drawing and illustration teacher at Collège Ahuntsic (1984-1985). Since 1986 he devoted his time to painting. He held many exhibitions all around the Quebec province.
