MacDougall Bob

Bob MacDougall is a Canadian painter born in Cap Breton Island, Nova Scotia. He is a self-taught artist, his interest in art came at an early age, drawing and painting since he was a kid. A painter of great technical skill, he paints mainly in acrylics colour, and his subjects are representational (landscapes, cityscapes), done in varying degrees of realism.

MacDougall’s work portrays the beauty and richness of the Nova Scotia landscape. Fishing harbour, costal lighthouses, and the surrounding nature of Cap Breton.
