Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada and the United-states.

We use Canada post Expedited Parcel for most of our shipping needs, occasionally for larger items we may use Fedex.

All of our paintings are shipped with sufficient transit insurance. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item appears to have been damaged during transport so that we can evaluate the issue and make a claim to the shipping service provider

In an effort to be more ecofriendly, we are continuously searching for ways to reduce the use of plastics in the wrapping material. Our packaging consists of three layers.

The first layer is a soft paper wrapping that protects the art piece from any possible abrasion that could occur by contact with the more rugged second layer.

The second layer consists of a wrapping of corrugated paper that provides the necessary cushioning to protect the item from small shocks that occurs during normal handling.

The third layer is a rugged cardboard box providing a solid shell for maximum protection.

The use of bubble wrap is limited to items with glass, like a watercolor painting with glass frame  

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies and could take between 2 and 10 days

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CanadianClassicFineArt is not responsible for delays due to customs.
